Tamico Systems is an exclusive partner of Panasonic in Malaysia. Partners since 2001, Tamico Systems have established over 10,000 existing customers. Tamico Systems generated over 37 million sales for the fiscal year of 2011. We provide accurate consultation, reliable products and excellent service to our customers. We have a total of 100 employees and we operate in our own building in Glenmarie.

We will provide many solutions such as communication solutions, security solutions, AV solutions, hotel solutions, SOHO solutions and IT solutions.  We pride ourselves with excellence customer service and we prove that with our comprehensive customer care center, 24 hours call center and even learning and training center.

We believe that our customers are always given first priority. All of our customers go through a special cycle that is we will give them a comprehensive consultation on what they should have and where they can put it. Then we provide them with reliable products paired with efficient service that will have them satisfied.

We carry a huge range of products. We have CCTV Security Surveillance System, Air Conditioning, Queue Management System, Fire Protection System, PABX Keyphone System, Biometric Solution, Cable and Wiring, Solar Power and LED Lighting, Visual Display, and Document and Imaging. Most of these products are from Panasonic but depending on the customer’s  budget, we carry other brands too.

Tesco Malaysia is one of our biggest clients. They come to us with a problem and with our products and services, we help them in solving their problems. 46 stores in peninsular Malaysia that has their CCTV system, access system, alarm system and PABX system installed by us.

Another top client of ours is Agility, one of the top logistics company in Malaysia. They have 6 of their warehouses installed with our CCTV Surveillance System, Access System, Alarm System, PABX System, and Time Attendance System.

Other of our top clients also includes global MNCs and government organizations such as Mayflower Tavel, Honda Malaysia, Lembaga Zakat Selangor, PTPTN offices, TM, Atos and PIDM.

Other clients such as banks and even educational organizations come to us for our products and services. Banks such as Maybank, Hong Leong Bank, and Public Bank.

Customers who purchase our products and signs a maintenance agreement is entitled to our Customer Care Plan. With this plan, customers wont have to worry about anything because we will look after your hardware by maintaining it via regular checks, we will also make sure the wiring are done properly and there wont be any entanglement or mess.

We also provide Cabling and Networking Solution when a customer signs the customer care plan. With this, we will help our customers to clean up the mess of wires entangling everywhere. We will sort out the mess and make all the network wires, phone cables, power cords neat and tidy.

What happen if there is a problem with the hardware or software that the customer bought from us? Don't worry, we have standby loan sets available for customers. We will temporary replace the hardware or software with a loan set while the purchased hardware or software is being fixed.
